Meet Our Leader

Hello! I'm Erin Dulle, Principal of Redbud Farm School, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to a distinctive learning experience serving South Oklahoma City, Moore, Norman, and Newcastle communities.

My educational journey began at Oklahoma Baptist University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Business Administration in 2002. Discovering my passion for working with children, I pursued further studies in Early Childhood Education at Western Oklahoma State College and earned a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. I am proud to be an ACSI-certified teacher in Early Education and Elementary Education. I have worked with students in grades Pre-K through 6th grade since 2005 and am a former Early Childhood instructor at Western Oklahoma State College.

Growing up on a family farm provided some of my fondest memories—building forts, exploring 'the creek,' caring for animals, and even nurturing a nest of baby mice (yes, mice!). These experiences instilled in me self-confidence, problem-solving skills, responsibility, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. They also underscored the practical applications of science, math, and motor skills in everyday farm life.

At Redbud Farm, our mission is to uphold traditional learning standards through innovative methods. Unlike conventional classrooms where desks and worksheets dominate, our students set aside screens to engage in hands-on, experiential learning.
